free financing, and cash payment discount.
Some family members may qualify for our family discount.
Insurance
If
you have orthodontic insurance coverage, you will receive the benefit of
reduced personal cost. Remember that
dental insurance does not always have orthodontic coverage and all insurance
policies, even when written by the same company are not the same. Often there is a lifetime maximum coverage
for each person in your family. We will
help you review your insurance to determine your policy’s orthodontic
benefit. Once treatment has started, we
will file your claims.
To
help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on
your questionnaire during your initial visit.
Please remember that if, during the course of treatment, your benefits
change, the person listed as the financially responsible party is still
accountable for all charges.
